Home to some islands, the region has plenty of paradisiac beaches and creeks to enjoy. The capital of the county is a coast city with a beautiful beach. Split, a city founded by the Greek folks then became a Roman refugie from Ottoman. Thus, the city has lots of different cultures and different architectures. Many of the monuments are part of the UNESCO programme, like the old city center of the Roman times with the Peristylium place, and also Jupiter temple and two real Egypte sphinx.
