Rhineland-Palatinate


Rhineland-Palatinate is one of the 16 states of the Federal Republic of Germany and was created in 1946-1947. It has an area of 19,846 square kilometres and about four million inhabitants....

Its state capital and largest city is Mainz. The alternation between idyllic river landscapes and high-altitude mountains of nature, historic towns, picturesque sites and romantic castles are all the charm of this region. Rhineland-Palatinate offers a wide variety of holiday activities in its regions.
