Thurgau

Thurgau is a canton located in the north-east of the country. It borders Germany on the north. The name of the canton comes from the river Thur....

The canton is divided in three parts: one along Lake Constance in the north, the other between Thur and the river Murg and the third along the Hörnil Mountain in the pre-alps. There are also some interesting places to visit around the area such as the Conny-Land, the Chartreuse from Ittingen, Arenenberg and Napoleonmuseum of Thurgau, the Werd Island and the Hagenwil Castle.
