Cyprus is famous for its beautiful landscape, the sunny days, its amazing food and the history. It is inconceivable amazing how much beauty and history can be offered in such a small island. Specifically, Cyprus is famous for its beautiful beaches with the crystal clear waters and the golden sand. Let's have a look at some of them!

Mckenzie Beach

Let’s go to Mckenzie

Everything started from a Scottish man that sheltered a small house in the beach of Larnaca. His name was Mckenzie. So, when the locals wanted to visit this beach, they used to tell  each other “Let’s go to Mckenzie ”. As a result, years now, this beautiful beach has remained known by that name. Its beautiful grey, thin sand and the crystal clear blue waters, had made Mckenzie one of the most famous beaches in Larnaca. Only a few kilometers away from the city center, full of bars and restaurants and easily accessible, Mckenzie can give the visitors everything they're looking for.

A seaside bar that can be found right on spot, offers refreshing cocktails, nice food, as well as large sun-beds, so as to help you enjoy the calmness, while working at the same time on your tanning. It promises the visitors  a memorable experience!

This is the beach with the most beach bar restaurants in a row. It boarders with Mckenzie beach on the north side, while on the west side you can find a little fishermen shelter. Besides all, it has also been awarded with a blue flag. It has crystal clear waters and thin, grey sand.

This beach is mostly visited by young people and that is the reason why it's known as "Kastella the Juvenile". A lot of events are organised during summertime, with famous Djs taking over the decks, promising a unique summer experience!
