FESTrepublic - a place of unforgettable parties in Lviv

If you've come across my articles before, you may have noticed that the majority of them are about Lviv. I think that it is one of the greatest and most beautiful cities in Ukraine. This article is not an exception, but today I won't focus on some church, museum, or another historical object. Today, I will tell you about the modern, high-tech location where you can spend your free time dancing, singing and just relaxing. It doesn't matter if you come to Lviv with your friends or by yourself, you will not be sad if you visit FESTrepublic - a place of unforgettable parties and fun.

A creative space in a creative location

Lviv people are very creative and original. You will see it when you join an unforgettable tour of Lviv themed cafes and restaurants. But, another place that can equally amaze you is FESTrepublic. A real creative space for memorable parties and concerts, it's located in the industrial district of Pidzamche, on Staroznesenskay Street, not far from the city centre. You will be surprised when you get to the address. What are these factories and where did I get to? Yes, this is the question you will ask yourself. FESTrepublic is located in the former Galichsklo plant (ref. the glass factory). Old factory premises and the broken walls that have been overgrown with plants have now become a favourite vacation spot for Lviv youth and tourists. Today, there are festivals, parties, and different themed events held here regularly.

Parties, festivals and concerts in FESTrepublic

Regardless of the time of the year when you visit Lviv, the good news is that you can get into FESTrepublic whenever you want. Parties and concerts are held here all the time. Before the trip, you have to look at the event page at FESTrepublic's website and choose the most interesting one. In the summertime, there is a very cosy rooftop terrace and, if you are lucky, you will find yourself in an open-air party called - "the Sunset". In the summer, they are held here every weekend. The nightclub at FESTrepublic is equipped with the latest L-Acoustics sound system, so you may be lucky to get into a concert by a renowned Ukrainian or foreign performer or DJ.

An unforgettable event held on the territory of FESTrepublic is the Craft Beer & Vinyl Music Festival. This is a three-day event for all of the beer and vinyl enthusiasts around. The organisers of the festival invite about 60 producers of craft beer. Additionally, there are zones with street food and 4 stages where the leading DJs play. Visitors can engage in beer yoga. You will also have the opportunity to visit the vinyl record fair. If you love music and beer, then you need to plan a weekend trip during the Craft Beer & Vinyl Music Festival. Look for this event from mid-spring to early fall on FESTrepublic's posters, as this place of unforgettable parties and fun organises it every year. And, be sure to include this location as the must-see spot of Lviv nightlife scene.
