The Hippodrome of Yerevan provides an opportunity for horse lovers to spend a day by riding a horse, feeding them, learning more about horse caring culture. Attending the Horse riding classes is a perfect method to lower stress and depression, as horse riding is not just physical work, but interaction with horses also helps people mentally, proven by the specialists. In one word, you have a chance to combine pleasant and useful time while in Yerevan. Horses are very social animals, and it is easy to work with them if they feel your friendly approach towards them.

The horse riding school Hovik Hayrapetyan Equestrian Center offers specialized group and individual classes, in case you are staying here for a long time. There are classes for beginners and advanced ones. You can learn not only horse riding but also to get familiar with horse care culture, their body language, etc. The riding school is certified. In case you are here just for a couple of days, then one time visit is also possible. You will definitely enjoy it.

Time to time, during the special “open doors” day, they host the horse riding lovers for free. The calls are usually available on their FB page. In general, you can get any information you want by sending them a message. If not riding horse yourself, you can also attend the competitions in the audience. These competitions are very interesting as professionals overcome different obstacles with horses.

It is good to arrange your visit in advance by making a reservation via phone to make sure there are professionals to work with you. I remember, once I got a surprise gift card from my friend for the hippodrome center, and that became a memorable day for me. It was the first time ever I tried horse riding, and the pictures we took there always make me laugh.
