1883 Restaurant e Rooms

The Restaurant and Rooms 1883 is located Cervignano del Friuli in the province of Udine in v. Market 3. The building at the end of 1600, was born as a convent, there are many stories that should be told, since 1883 is an inn. Here, in the oldest inn of the village we wanted to recreate a particular environment: our desire is to make you enter our home. The environment: we sought a style that could enhance the local, giving greater value to poor materials, then preferring natural colors: the style chosen is the Gustavian, born in Sweden at the court of Gustav III. The restaurant and the kitchen: Inspiration often comes from the various flavors of Italian cuisine, with an eye on our territory. This is how our dishes are born, combining local raw materials with techniques, preparations and ingredients of our peninsula, products processed in a traditional way by small producers who, like us, believe that the traditions should be handed down and not forgotten. Combined with our dishes and our tasting menus, the wines we offer are mainly from our region, but here too the influence of the others enhances our cellar. The inn: on the upper floor, from what was once the home of the old owners, there are six spacious rooms, equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom and private entrance. The structure also has a private parking reserved for guests of the inn.
