Il Pavone is a suggestive and characteristic farmhouse in Torre Lapillo in the locality of Boncore, located only 800 meters from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast of Salento. The farm offers the services of landlords and restaurants and allows the tasting of their agricultural products, focusing decisively on the genuineness of the production, taken care of within the structure and in the most natural and ecological way possible. Each dish put on the table comes directly from the countryside that surrounds and embellishes the farm and is prepared in first person by the owner Marie Antoinette, who, for years and with dedication, carries on a project to rediscover the local gastronomic specialties.

The beautiful farm in Torre Lapillo (Boncore locality) takes its name from the breeding of peacocks present within the complex which, through their proverbial grace, characterize and give color to the farm, giving it a unique charm. The driving idea is to ensure a stay that is not only contemplative and fun, but that is able to leave an indelible memory and full of authentic meanings to our visitors, to be involved spontaneously in the bucolic climate that governs the estate. The homemade production, which includes wine, olives and olive oil, fruit, vegetables, cereals, truffles, jams and much more, can also be purchased on site, allowing you to bring a tasty fragment of Salento at home.
