Already in the fourth generation, the hotel is run by the family Pierer with warmth and authenticity in the traditional sense. As the first 4-star-superior hotel in the region, we offer our guests an excellent spa landscape with 2 lilies of the Relax Guide and a crown-crowned cuisine of the highest degree, surrounded by a fascinating natural landscape.

In the newly expanded Almwellness Hotel Pierer, 21 new double rooms and 8 suites are now available, with the highlight being the new Deluxe Suite with free-standing bathtub, infrared cabin and separate sleeping and living area overlooking the Alm.

In Pierers AlmSpa & AlmGarten you can expect even more space for a pleasant Almwellness on a total of 3.500m2. In addition to a new panoramic relaxation room, a unique stooped sauna and a romantic natural swimming pond, you can enjoy classic massages with regional accents, as well as relaxing body treatments and nourishing beauty treatments.

The restaurant area has been expanded with the new panoramic restaurant, which offers breathtaking views of the alpine landscape. Our chef with his team conjures up crowned cuisine in combination with regional specialties. We recommend fine wines from our own vineyard in southern Styria.

The lounge area with open fireplace invites you to linger and enjoy the view over the wine bar and the wine tasting room, where over 2,000 bottles of high-quality wines can be stored and tasted.

Numerous possibilities around the hotel invite you to actively explore the Almenland with idyllic hikes, gentle Nordic Walking routes, challenging mountain bike tours or winter mountain tours and skiing. Use the powerful nature of alpine land to get to know the roots of traditional yoga.
