The Brecknock Museum is located in the old Fraternity and Brecknockshire Hall which is a II * grade listed building. It was built in 1842 by the architects, Wyatt and Brandon and is one of the finest examples of the Victorian early "regeneration of" architecture in Wales. Brecknockshire Museum is located here since 1974 and there are galleries that exhibit Archeology, Art, Rural Life and Urban Life with a view of a re-interpreted Victorian Vessel.
