Amsterdam City B&B

The apartment is located in the lower floor of the building (souterrain). The apartment has 1 studio apartment and an extra bedroom for a group that stays with more than 2 persons or can be used at an extra charge. The extra bedroom on the front of the building has 2 small windows and is below street level. The front bedroom can be a bit noisy, especially in the weekends. The studio apartment is on the back of the building and has acces to the garden. The garden is adjacent to the canal. Usage of the garden is accepted, but is shared with the owners and we expect our guests to behave quietly. We expect our guests not to smoke in our garden or in the house. The house was renovated in 2016 and everything is new, but old features of the building were kept where possible.

Please keep in mind that the hallway is shared, so full privacy is only in the studio apartment, the bathroom and optional bedroom.
