B&B Het Leuvens Hof

Het Leuvens Hof is located in a house dating from the 17th century. This house is in an historical way connected to the Great Beguinage (Groot Begijnhof). In accordance with the statutes of the Beguinage, men were not admitted after closing time. Priests, or landlords, working at the Beguinage, were obliged to reside in houses outside the walls of the Beguinage. Het Leuvens Hof is such a house.

The Great Beguinage dates back to the beginning of the 13th century. In 2000 it was officially recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, because of its great cultural nature.

Het Leuvens Hof is faced with the entrance towards the Great Beguinage, at walking distance from the city centre. This accomodation have two large rooms. Every room has shower, toilet, TV, bar and salon. Wireless internet is courtesy service.
