The Mareè B & B is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and overlooks the east seafront of Molfetta.

The room is equipped with a radiant ceiling heating / cooling system, therefore particularly pleasant and silent. The temperature can be regulated independently.

In the immediate vicinity there is a self-service laundry with dryer service.

Always near the apartment a garage to park your car safely.

You will have all the services at your fingertips and will take 5 minutes walk along the sea to find you in the quaint old town, rich in artistic beauty to visit and places to eat, have a drink or an ice cream.

The city center is also a 5-minute walk away. At 10 minutes instead the train station.

Room cleaning and linen at each customer change, differently on request.

Its privileged location will allow you to access the state highway 16 or the A14 motorway in a few minutes. The airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car. In 10 minutes you will be in the industrial / commercial area with the various megastores, the famous Outlet - Fashion District and the UCI Cinema with 12 rooms.

We speak fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese ... but from the communicative point of view we can interact with everyone.
