Bed and Breakfast "Al Casalino" - Assisi

The bed and breakfast is strategically located in Piazza del Comune and allows you to move comfortably in the historic center of Assisi in a position of gravity compared to its main artistic and architectural attractions.

Looking out from the bedroom window you can enjoy a splendid view of the main square where are the Temple of Minerva (I century BC), the Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo with the tall tower (1305) and the Palazzo dei Consoli (1202 ca.) currently the Town Hall. The Cathedral of San Rufino in Romanesque style is 50 meters away.

The structure that houses the bed and breakfast has its origins between 1200 and 1300 when the city of Assisi experienced a profound urbanization. The current entrance is cited in the "Catalog of Things of Art and Antiquities of Italy" by Emilia Zocca published in 1936. During the 1990s the building was completely renovated, a restructuring, however careful not to to erase those unique elements that recall the past. It has a separate entrance, no mixing with other guests and no time limit. The exclusive area available to our guests is about 40 square meters.
