Our city, which has taken its name from traditional and original ceramics, has added a new work to make ceramics alive and carry it to the future. Did our city erase ceramics from the memory of the city, where the seramic journey of the past was shared, the absence of a permanent place to hold its existence and a place to bear for the future? Urbanists came together to ask questions and answers in this regard, and after prolonged search meetings and workshops, the city was developed again to bring it back to the pottery and to bring back a forgotten value in everyday life. These suggestions focused on the idea of the Ceramic Museum. One of the important cultural assets of the city, the Historical Hamamı was transferred to the Çanakkale Municipality for the Ceramic Museum. For this purpose, restoration studies initiated in the Historical Hamamı continued while Çanakkale City Museum coordinated, museum activities were planned and planned with the participation of citizens in Çanakkale City Council facilitation. Restoration of the museum will be finished in the museum, as well as the traditional Çanakkale ceramics will also be included in the hamam culture.
