The house has three floors: the ground floor, with independent access from the river bank, can be used in conjunction with the upper floors for the case of large groups, or on the contrary, independently by having a complete program composed of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, all adapted for people with disabilities. The first and second floors form a duplex with five bedrooms, a multipurpose room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. In addition, and as common areas and integral parts of the building, there are two ideal spaces for alternative use; on the one hand the front terrace, facing south, ideal for winter days and with great views, and on the other, a patio to the north in the back equipped with barbecue and seating area protected from the rigors of summer with a lush wooded composed of nogueras and almond trees.
