Welcome to Day 7 of our adventure in Menorca! Today, we will be exploring the charming town of Mahon, located just 8km away from our base in S'Algar.

Mahon, the capital of Menorca, is a vibrant and historic city with a rich cultural heritage. As we wander through its narrow streets, we will be captivated by the stunning architecture, which reflects the city's diverse history. From the Gothic-style Santa Maria Church to the grandeur of the Town Hall, every corner of Mahon tells a story.

One of the highlights of Mahon is its natural harbor, one of the largest in the world. Here, we can take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront and admire the impressive yachts and boats that line the marina. For a unique experience, we can even take a boat tour and explore the harbor from a different perspective.

No visit to Mahon is complete without trying its famous local delicacy - the Mahon cheese. This delicious cheese is made from cow's milk and has a distinctive flavor that is loved by locals and visitors alike. We can visit one of the cheese factories in town and learn about the traditional cheese-making process, as well as sample some of the mouthwatering varieties.
