We are two cooks who have decided to step out of our comfort zone and open a street kitchen. For us, the street kitchen is synonymous with very good food and it can have a wonderful charm when done right. We will make use of our experience and ability to season the food so that everything that is left over the counter will smell and taste properly. No shortcuts. Real dressings, fresh produce, juicy marinades and aromatic herbs.
