Elokuvateatteri star

Star is a family business and the only Oulu commercial movie theater that is not owned by Finnkino. The software consists mainly of mainstream movies. At star, 12-25 movies are played at a time. Since the beginning, Star has had two halls, later it was expanded and a small café and a third hall were added. The fourth hall was completed in August 2013. In October 2016, new Star 1, Star 2 and Star 5 gyms were completed. There are altogether 353 seats in the five halls of Star.

In December 2008, Oulu's first digital film projector was installed in Stari. The device can also display three-dimensional movie copies. With the renovation of October 2016, it is possible to experience a whole new movie experience in the Star 1 chamber due to the Dolby Atmos sound system and the 4K projector.
