Gabriella - Le Clan des Mamma

The Mamma Clan or Il Clan delle Mamme (for the real ones) is an Italian restaurant that pays homage to the family and the Mamma.

The Mamma, model and figure around which gravitates the whole hearth. Julien, Alban, Laurent & Jérémy have decided to pay tribute to the strong women around them and to dedicate them to a restaurant and thus build a real Clan. All four are real Figlio A Mamme (son to Mom of course!).

Gabriella is the first Mamma of the Mamma Clan. His speciality ? Pizzas and cocktails. A cuisine in his image: spontaneous, greedy and sparkling.

At Gabriella it's like in Italy deep, good small hearty dishes with fresh products are de rigueur and we buy the best ingredients at the 4 corners of the most famous boot in the world.

Our kitchen is 100% homemade. Gabriella's pizza dough is lovingly kneaded and then matured for a minimum of 48 hours to bring out all the flavors.
