Duval José López Yepes, known artistically as Duvan, born in Quimbaia in the coffee region of Quindio, Colombia in 1954. After first years in the country, began a period of travel and exhibitions that bring to New York, Paris and Barcelona. In 1997 establishes his residence in Spain. For some years living in 2009 and promotes the Maquis, Art Museum of Armenia Quindio, where there is now a permanent exhibition of his works.
