Hotel Gervasoni

The house, first on the Concepción hill, was built in the 1870s by the European immigrant Pascual Baburizza. It is located in the Patrimonial sector of Valparaíso, privileged sector in terms of art, culture and gastronomy, which was decisive to be named Cultural Patrimony of Humanity by Unesco in 2003. The Hotel Gervasoni is the first Boutique Hotel of Valparaíso; restored and rehabilitated in a careful way to maintain its architecture and its heritage value of construction that European immigrants had in the late 1870s, giving a unique rescue to the history of Valparaíso It has 14 rooms, in detail decorated, all different from each other; with privileged views, and special spaces where you can contemplate the beautiful show that the sea presents on the slopes of the hill.
