I Primi d'Italia festival of Foligno

I Primi d'Italia (The First Courses of Italy) is the first and only National Festival of First Courses. Pasta, rice, soups, gnocchi, polenta are the protagonists of the more appetizing culinary marathon of Italy. An event that dresses up the entire historical center of Foligno, promoting all-round culture of the first dish on the table. I Primi d'Italia takes place the last week of September and includes continuous food tastings, cooking lessons, great chefs demonstrations, quality food production, but also spectacle and entertainment. A universe of continuous tastings and food culture, where all roads lead to the taste!!
