The Cooking Workshop for Tasting Amateurs has been offering cooking courses since 2006 with the active participation of students in each seminar. Each month we discover a different section and each week a different menu. We take eight knives of the chef and finely chop, fry, pepper and cook the recipes suggested by Maritta. After the end of the seminar, we taste our creations with a glass of wine that is suggested by the wine-maker Kiki Panagiotou.
