The MACA - Museo A come Ambiente is the first European museum dedicated to environmental issues, designed to offer children, schools and the public the opportunity to experience firsthand and discuss topics such as energy, recycling of materials, 'water, transport and food. The museum has its main feature interactivity: experiments, observations, workshops and guided tours are the elements of a trip that mixes game and experimentation, developing original mingling between education, spectacle and entertainment. Museum rooms are divided over 3 floors in addition to an inner green space and a terrace. On the ground floor of the current structure are the energy area, the climate and the atom. The first floor houses the section on waste, ranging from proper disposal to materials, to read the labels on the packaging. It addresses the issue of the incinerator and the collection and recycling of paper consortia, glass, plastic, aluminum. The third floor is dedicated entirely to water: from the cycle of purification practices, from controls to the proper use behaviors.
