Pavle Paje Jovanović Museum is located on the 4th floor of the residential building in Kralja Milana Street 21 and is part of the art collection of the Belgrade City Museum. The representative museum space was adapted to the look of the artist's famous studio in Vienna, in which he created from 1895 to 1938. In accordance with the painter's renown and collector's love, Paje Jovanović's Viennese atelier was equipped with luxurious pieces of furniture, a fancy mirror, bronze sculptures of French artists and expensive objects of applied art. Most of these objects today are part of a permanent museum setting that is complemented by his work, revives an authentic atmosphere and leads the visitor through the transition to the 19th and 20th centuries, into one of the most beautiful salon venues in Vienna.
