Muzeum Kouzlo starých časů

Unique private collection of Victorian and Edwardian clothing, accessories and curiosities from the period 1850-1920.

 In the chamber, visitors can admire part of a large collection of historical clothing, accessories and curiosities of higher social strata that document the outstandingness and the work of the previous generations.

Exposed exhibits are freely conceived in the paintings so that the visitor can enter into the storyline and perceive the atmosphere of the stories they tell.

The unique collection, which has been created for decades, contains several hundred pieces of complete clothes, linen, textiles, as well as silver items of the Victorian and Edwardian period, coming from all over the world. Part of the collections consists of porcelain from Czech and German porcelain pieces until 1930.

The museum organizes exhibitions for other museums and institutions.

Old Times Museum

The private museum is intended for fans of old times when nobody was in rush, ladies were courted and gentlemen could feel as their protectors. It specializes in exibitions mainly of clothing history and textiles in the years 1850-1920 and of collecting objects related to this period. Other activities include educational activities in the field of fine arts, landscape architecture, publishing and realization of exibitions for other museums.
