The Olive Restaurant is based on a concept of Mediterranean, creative and market cuisine with details of signature cuisine. We are specialized in: 1- Wild red tuna from almadraba, brought directly from Barbate 2- Seafood and fish brought directly from the Lonja de Sanlucar de Barrameda, every Thursday. 3- Fish, brought directly from the market of Luarca salads 3- Kobe meat. 4- Galician meat, brought directly from Galicia 5- Lamb and suckling pig, brought directly from Castilla-león- 6- Fresh pasta, and rice like Socarrat.
