The mission of the Oravský Museum of Paul Osszagh Hviezdoslav in Lower Kubina is to collect, protect, scientifically and professionally evaluate and process material documents focusing on museum documentation of the development of nature and society, science and technology, culture and arts with special attention on the territory of the Orava region. The Museum is a specialized museum with a worldwide competence for the documentation of the life of Goralov in Slovakia.
