Pego Fundo River Beach

Near the village of Alcoutim and the Guadiana River, lies the river beach of Pego Fundo. Like the beaches near the ocean, Pego Fundo is also sandy and offers many different services, like restaurants, picnic areas, sporting areas, etc. It's surrounded by nature and the water is fresh and clean, so it's easy to understand the growing appeal of the beach, not only to tourists but to locals as well, hence the many events that take place in its area. © André Jesus
