Half a hectare of green space filled with various flowers, fruit trees, shrubs and decorative trees surround Selina Pension, a "COLTISE OF RAI", situated in the heart of Baile 1 Mai spa resort in Bihor County, one of the most famous thermal zones from Romania.

Newly built new campground, outdoor barbecue, campfire and children's playground (swing, topography, sandbox with benches), sauna and spacious swimming pool - a 50-square-meter pool that boasts with thermal water at a perfect and constant temperature: 32 degrees, let the moments that are better to live than they say and make Selina Pension a turn-key business, classified by the Ministry of Tourism to 4 beautiful marguerites.

            Selina Pension has a surface of 782 sqm with height D + P + 2E and was completely renovated between 2016-2017 and consists of a basement with several administrative rooms (dining room, laundry room, warehouse, etc.) and 11 rooms arranged on 3 levels, (up to 32 places) divided into 5 double rooms, 3 triple rooms and 3 suites. The rooms are spacious, equipped with air conditioning, WI FI internet, color TV connected to the new cable purchased in 2017, telephone, minibar, bathroom with shower or bath. The guesthouse is connected to all utilities (water, canal, electricity, internet, cable tv), the heating is provided by the boiler on its own pellets with water heating system by thermal panels which generates very low energy consumption for heating and hot water production households and hence lower spending; another advantage is the low emissions of pollutants, ensuring the protection of the environment.

The parking is enough for 20 places, including a bus or coach. A surveillance system is available to monitor the entire location.

Selina Pension has been in the tourist circuit since 2004, managing to gather a significant portfolio of clients.

 The restaurant has a total area of ​​383 sqm and a rustic terrace next to 100 sqm, thus having about 100 seats in the restaurant and 100 seats on the terrace. With fresh, minimalist and appealing design, the restaurant offers the possibility to host conferences, seminars, business meetings and other events (weddings, baptisms, etc.) with air conditioning, video projector and retractable screen.

In half a hectare of nature, we have the ideal place for setting up a tent of events with opening to the guesthouse's garden. Like a wedding tent or tent of private events of any kind, it can offer freedom of movement and keep in touch with nature outside. The children can play quietly in the summer garden and their easy viewing is made from this specially designed tent for such events.
