The Petroleum Bridge (in Catalan: Pont del Petroli) is a jetty in Badalona built in 1879 for unloading petroleum products from tankers. It juts 250 metres into the sea and is 4.5 metres high. In 2009 the area was remodelled, is no longer used for industrial purposes, and is now a tourist attraction. © iStock/elxeneize
