Restaurante La Canasta

Founded in 1976 is the cult restaurant of Castelldefels. Since its origins, it has specialized in rice, fish and seafood. Exalts the most natural of the artisanal, Mediterranean and marinera cuisine.

It is a kitchen without masks, basically of noble raw materials, fresh and as much as possible from local producers. The purity of the flavors achieved during 35 years of fidelity to a style of restoration makes our guests participate in a unique experience. Among its emblematic dishes are Suquet de Peix, Arroz a Banda, Rape Casseroles with crayfish and prawns, paellas, sea breams and sea bass, the splendid lobsters, or the timid simplicity of some clams from the lane with beans.

The kitchen is a combination of craftsmanship and technology oriented to each dish manifests strength in the textures, colors and nobility.

Referent in all the international guides included Michelin, for 3 consecutive years obtained the Golden Fork to the best restaurant in the city by popular vote, and different national and international guides give you the highest scores. In 2007 it received the Certification of the Q of Tourist Quality Norma UNE 167000: 2006.
