On the island of Als, not far from Sønderborg and Augustenborg, lies the Sønderborg Golf Club

The golf course is surrounded by scenic areas and borders a protected water area, where you can experience big birds of prey and wild goose. Early in the morning you can experience deer and foxes. In the lakes of the lane there are carp, which share the food with the big swans that rule in both the lakes and lanes. There is a magnificent view of the wetland and nature area of ​​Miang Dam, and the course has an exciting and varied hole course, in a slightly hilly terrain with old shelves and open meadows. The course is easy to walk and can be played all year long when weather permits.

Sønderborg Golf Club was founded in 1980 under the name of Alssund Golfklub and has purchased the golf facility, which was previously leased, by 2011. The facility offers an 18-hole course, a par-3 course (Pay & Play), driving range (with free use of balls), putting green, playground, exercise area, large clubhouse and backroom. The Par-3 course is especially suitable for players who have not yet acquired the Green Card. In addition, there are several events on the track for companies, juniors, adults, beginners, etc.

In the club is good and respectable togetherness. Golf is a Gentleman We prioritize sports and etiquette rules. Dress Code is not strictly adhered to, but we prefer golfwear or other sporty clothing.

The clubhouse has secretarial and check-in, and there are cozy living rooms with TV. There are also vending machines with sweets, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks, beer and soft drinks. Outside there is a view terrace, from where you can follow some of the holes. Opposite the clubhouse is a well-stocked Proshop, changing room with toilet and bath, and a snack with information for guests, members and all clubs-in-clubs.
