Sushi Bar Plac Unii 1 started its operations in mid-November 2015. Two friends have been planning to open a sushi restaurant for a long time. It was supposed to be an intimate place with extremely good sushi. They managed to establish cooperation with Karol Groszkowski - a sushi chef with many years of experience related to Japanese cuisine.

Currently, Karol is a co-owner and chef. The whole team of chefs according to the "KAIZEN" principle every day strives to improve their skills, constantly looking for new ideas and improving the dishes create amazing compositions. This mentality and style of work made the restaurant a year very crowded by guests appreciating the efforts of the whole team striving for perfection.

Karol always offers OMAKASE - which means that we give the chef creative freedom and we relish his taste fully, to embark on a culinary journey and an unforgettable dining experience.

The restaurant has about 40 seats, in the summer season opens the garden doubling the number of seats. The restaurant has a family atmosphere. You can sit at long tables, which are conducive to meetings in a larger group, and also eat a quick business lunch or dinner together. It is a place for everyone who appreciates the high level of served dishes and a good atmosphere.
