They spent 11 years because his dream to come true and in 1924 was given the task to Pierluigi Nervi for the coverage of the theater. The official re-opening of the theater, on 2 January 1999 with Giacomo Puccini's Tosca, starring Madelyn Monti, conducted by Roberto Gabbiani, special production for the Politeama Prato, was widely covered in the national press thanks to the special formula of the public -company, absolutely unique in Italy, designed by the indefatigable entrepreneurial passion by Roberta Betti
