Five courses, five continents. And much more: The reality of the small Limmatinsel is limited and expanded at the same time. The Dome, a kind of illuminated dome tent, is not only a temporary restaurant but also a medium.


Digital dining theater takes place around the dining tables and catapults the guest into the continent, which is reflected on the plate at the same time. The celebrity chefs, who have placed their work on the spot in the hands of experienced Zurich caterers, are thankful state-of-the-art technology in connection with the guests. From the large, interactive 360-degree world, which takes place on the walls of the dome, they explain their inspirations and the origin of the respective corridor.


At the opening, Maria Gross will be presenting a European fish pass - trout's home. It's about a fish and a fruit, nothing more is revealed. But not so simple, because after all, Prasad is the man who has renovated the reputation of Indian cuisine in England single-handedly and cooked in the illustrious guard of the Great British Chefs. He is India's youngest chef to win a Michelin star.


For dessert, Africa still lures: Karim Schumann promises Sweet Pyramids. The young German with Egyptian roots, who cooks at the Waldhotel Davos and has already made the WEF guests into a rapture there, has not only tastes, but also also optically inspired by the second largest continent. He cooked at Vitznauerhof and has already earned 16 Gault Millau points.
