Opened in 1833, the Batignolles Cemetery is the third largest cemetery in Paris, just after the Père Lachaise Cemetery and the Montparnasse Cemetery. This cemetery contains approximately fifteen thousand graves and offers a pleasant walk among some 900 mainly chestnut trees. This is also a place where you can discover some interesting sculptures and graves of some famous people such as André Breton and Paul Verlaine. Photo Credit © Flickr/ NatalieMaynor
