Théâtre Marni

With many collaborations and partnerships created over the years, the Marni renews the links between Brussels scenes (Senghor, Jazz Station, Théâtre les Tanneurs, House of Cultures of Molenbeek, Culture Ixelles) and puts a particular care to propose connections with the young audience (Young Public Dramatic Center of Brussels Pierre de Lune). The three axes of the programming - jazz, theater, contemporary dance - draw the 18th season of the Marni. Jazz is still driving the pace of the season with regular appointments such as the Marni Jazz Festival, River Jazz Festival, CD releases and club concerts at the BAR throughout the year. Combined with the performances on the stages of the ROOM or the LABO, they constitute the transverse evenings. It is also at the BAR that a handful of visual artists hang pictures, canvases and collages on the picture rails.

The Marni receives the support of the Ministry of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, the French Community Commission of the Brussels Capital COCOF Region, and the National Lottery. With the support of the Burgomaster, the Alderman of Youth, the Alderman of Culture and the Members of the College of Mayor and Echevins of Ixelles. He is part of the Network of Choreographic Scenes and the Network of Brussels Arts RAB / BKO.
