The basement/ play room consists of 1 bedroom (twin room) with en-suite bathroom (with a shower), office/play room, laundry room with all necessities, storage area, boiler room.

The Ground Floor consists of a spacious living room with a white stoned fireplace, large windows with direct exit to the garden, swimming pool area and car parking area, guest WC, fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area for 8 people & one double bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The First Floor consists of 1 double bed bedroom with stonewall fireplace, tv, en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a walking closet. Next door there is one more double bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a wide veranda offering panoramic sea view.

Outdoor amenities:

• Large veranda all around the house (including an outside dining area and a bamboo veranda set including a 3 seat couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table)
• Swimming pool
• Stone-builted BBQ equipped with a sink and dining table for up to 6 people
• Covered car parking spaces.
• Separate two-storey guest house which accommodates up to 4 people and consists of 2 bathrooms.
