Židovské komunitné múzeum v Bratislave

Rarely Jewish ritual objects, gold embroidered cloaks on holy biblical scrolls, unique photographs of students of the famous Rabbinic school in Bratislava, and an image of the Holocaust horror. And even more shows the new Jewish Community Museum. Visitors opened in the summer of 2012 and its headquarters is the only synagogue in Bratislava, located on Heydukova Street. Visitors can see exposed Jewish rituals in the authentic setting for which they were created. The public has the opportunity to get to know the treasures of the Jewish community in Bratislava for the first time and to look into its rich history. In addition to the constant exposure of the Jewish people in Bratislava and their cultural heritage, which is a sightseeing of dozens of the most precious artefacts, the most important milestones in the history and present of the Jewish community and the public are also the current and new exhibition - the only one of its kind.
