Booking an experience for a chosen date can be done until 48 hours prior to the experience. After this, it is too short a notice for your guide to arrange the logistics and pre-book eventual entry tickets, transport, restaurants or any similar happening.
In other words, if you are interested in one of our local experiences, please book the chosen date at least three days in advance.
All booking can be cancelled for free (100% refund) up until 24h prior to the experience date. After that delay, except under special circumstances (see Cancellation Policy), any cancelled experience will not be refunded.
Contacting us about your booking
As soon as your booking is paid and confirmed, you may interact with us to ask specific questions about your coming experience. Or provide us with personal extra-information that may be of importance (e.g. food allergies…).
To do so, please send your message / request to email@example.com, including your first name, family name and booking ID.

At itinari, we aim for the highest level of professionalism. And show utmost care about the quality of the service we deliver and the safety of our Guests. In short, we look for you to be entirely satisfied by your experience.
So whether should you either have been disappointed by the overall quality of your experience, be possibly threatened due to something related to your Guide behavior or the content of your experience or felt unsafe because of bad enforcement of our COVID safety rules, feel free to send your documented comments - including your name, family name and Booking ID - to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If it clearly appears your request is justified (after proper analysis on our side*), we will proceed with a full refund of your original booking.
