The Nebotičnik Café 

On the 12th floor of Ljubljana’s Nebotičnik or Skyscraper, you will get to enjoy a tasty coffee or a traditional dessert, while observing the spectacular view of the capital and the Ljubljana castle from one of the best view spots in the city.
