The walkway begins at the top of the 1517-meter-high Rogla Mountain, which is easily accessible by car; a lovely hiking destination to discover. Being a popular tourist stop, Rogla offers different options for accommodation, including charming apartment houses and a hotel for everyone who would like to extend their vacation there. The entire "Pot med krošnjami" trail is 1043 meters long, including 522 meters of walking on an elevated path above the tree canopies. The trail is concluded with an ascend to a 37-meter-high lookout tower, providing a gorgeous 360-degree view of green nature and Pohorje's mountainous landscapes. Besides that, you will get to see plenty of beautiful sights along the way, which will make you stop and immerse in the natural beauty surrounding you. The attraction can also be wonderful to visit during winter, adding a hint of magic and a magnificent view of snowy hills.

While walking along the "Pot med krošnjami" walkway in Pohorje, you will get the chance to learn something new about the diverse nature, types of trees in the woods, and different animal species. This authentic walk among the treetops, 20 meters above the ground of the Pohorje Hills, is suitable for everyone. Young kids will be left impressed and filled with excitement, and this beautiful experience is also enabled for people on wheelchairs. While visiting Rogla, you can even walk to the mysterious black Lovrenc Lakes, which are located only approximately an hour and a half away on foot.
