As I previously mentioned, I hope that my stories made you buying tickets to visit Macedonia. It is not my skillful storytelling, but actual faith that this country is an extraordinary and lovely place to sense. Now, when you are on your way here, here is the "but" part. You will have wondrous times here, but...you will be haunted by thoughts and flavors and apparently you will need to come back repeatedly. The list of things that I miss the most probably is a legit list to be named Extremely addictive from Macedonia. I have started with Tavce Gravce, and got inspired by Spanish Estrella and now let me introduce you to his majesty, Skopsko Beer!

The production started long back in 1924. First, it was labeled as "An Export Beer from Skopje". Since 1990 it has existed on the market as Skopsko. Skopsko does not just exist, but it also rules! The slogans of this brand have never been modest, still, it’s always completely true. "Best of Macedonia", "Our Best", "Skopsko, everything is possible", and the current slogan, "I want Skopsko".

It contains 4.9% alcohol. The beer has a golden-yellow color and a solid white foam. The characteristic bitter taste comes from the hops, barley, and yeast which is the three basic ingredients if you don’t count water. The beer is medium carbonated with natural carbon dioxide and contains no preservatives. Since 2014, dark Skopsko is realized. Also, a Radler version and cherry flavored one are available on the market, but Skopsko basic is the one that will capture you for a lifetime.
