We talked a lot where to go and what to do in Armenia, but today I would like to get back to kids again and help you find the right places to organize their time in Yerevan properly. One of my previous articles titled as "kids have fun in Yerevan" already helped you to get familiar with such places, and I am going to expend that list so that you know what, besides playing snowballs and making a snowman on the streets, the winters look like for kids in Yerevan. So, let us go back into childhood by exploring the world of kids’ entertainments and places that are fun in winter for kids and adults

Yeraz winter park

It has been three years since the Yeraz winter park is opened in Yerevan. It is one of the coolest entertainment centers for kids in Yerevan. Those who are familiar with Santa’s village Rovaniemi – it is kind of a mini version of it. Really small in comparison to Rovaniemi but still a real fairy-tale for kids, and why not also for their parents.

Here, kids are given an opportunity to meet Santa Claus, Miss Claus, elves, trolls, and Santa's masters who make presents. There are separate mini houses where the visitors are offered to attend the modern and interactive theater. They can visit Santa or go to elves' school. Here, they can also try special cookies made by Ms. Claus, as well as see where actually all the presents are being made for the kids of the world, later to be distributed by Santa Claus.

Time to time, there are organized different open-air events interesting for both kids and adults. Besides that, you may also go for ice-skating. It is the biggest space for ice-skating in Yerevan, that is open every day from 11 am till midnight (in winters). At this place, you can really feel the smell of winter and enjoy the Christmas mood. Everybody usually leaves this area happy and satisfied.

El garden

El garden is a very popular café located not far from the Karen Demirchyan complex. In summers, it’s an open-air place, and in winters, it transforms accordingly. For adults, it is a fantastic place to spend time with friends both in summers and in winters, while kids also have their special zone called El garden kids' zone. So, have fun yourself while trying to organize your kid’s entertainment.  In winters, adults are offered food and delicious sweets at the transparent tents from where you can enjoy the winter miracles - the snow and the view. At the kids' zone, there are different games, dances and competitions organized for them. They also have access to kind of an exotarium, where they can hold and feed different small animals.

I am sure that both above-mentioned spots will become much-liked by you and your kids, and every time when visiting Yerevan, you will make your way there again for the winter fun for kids and adults.
