Whether you are in Prague for a quick weekend, a short holiday or literally for only 24 hours, I have an amazing plan for you. A proposal you cannot refuse. A day of delicious food, good vibes, and total bliss. This guide will give you the best of Prague, from morning until late at night, while specifically exploring the old town of Prague.
Breakfast & Brunch
First things first; it's breakfast time. Head over to Bakeshop a few streets away from the Old Town Square towards the Spanish Synagogue. Bakeshop offers some of the best breakfast and brunch menus, providing you with a variety of bagels, cakes, muffins, omelet with a side topping, salads, fresh juices, and a variety of cold and warm drinks. This place is my old time favorite ‘bakeshop’ in Prague. There is plenty of seating space inside, and I'd recommend sitting on the high tables, which are right next to the windows, allowing you to look out and admire the city as you sip your morning coffee. During the warmer months, there are outdoor benches with small spaces on the sides to place your drink.

Kozí, 110 00 Staré Město, CzechiaAfter you have treated yourself like royalty for breakfast, take the time to wander around the small side streets; you will come across the Kafka statue right next to the Spanish synagogue. Check out the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. It gets very exciting and crowded in that area every time the clock strikes a full hour.

Perhaps it’s soon lunch o’clock, and after all this walking, exploring and sightseeing, you will soon need your lunch break. Head over to "Polpo by Kogo", which is about a 6-minute walk from the Old Town Square. This place is somewhat hidden from tourists, and offers amazing food, with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is Italian and seafood-inspired; everything from crispy pizza, octopus salad, pasta with lobster, and tuna or salmon Carpaccio is simply amazing. Polpo has a great selection of wines, bubbles, as well as Aperol Spritz for those hot summer days.

Vladislavova, 110 00 Praha-Nové Město, CzechiaNow that you have finished with your feast, make your way back towards the old town and follow the roads, which lead to Charles Bridge. If you are tight on time, this is the one and only thing you need to see. Should you have extra time you can walk further on, to Mala Strana and visit the Prague Castle.

Right, I would not be surprised if you told me that the crowds of tourists, the heat, and cobbled stones have taken all the energy out of you. It’s time to get extra spoiled. Treat yourself to foot massage at Thajsky Raj (Thai Paradise). You can get a 30-minute foot massage and 30-minute back massage for about 40 Euros. Also, note that there are a few of these massage places close to the Old Town Square, so perhaps find the closest one to you.

Guess what, it’s dinner time! I highly recommend going to La Bodeguita Del Medio, which is a Cuban restaurant and cocktail bar, just under 5-minutes walking from the Old Town Square. You can order all sorts of dishes here, and at the same time enjoy its fabulous atmosphere with Cuban music - sometimes also live-, and delicious cocktails. Of course, a Mojito is a must.

The night is young and so are you. And there is one more awesome place waiting for you. It’s a small hidden bar called Public Interest, with an outgoing atmosphere, pinkish lights, and amazing drinks. This is also a place where locals hang out.
Our 24 hour Prague adventure ends here, well fed and nourished, I think it’s time to say good night.
