The "CASA AVI" B & B welcomes its guests in a bright and peaceful house. The project of this B & B stems from the will of the owner to offer a holiday that wants to express a new philosophy of entertainment, in the name of living well. All the elements are carefully measured together to offer a cozy home, which guarantees a high quality of life. The house, completely renovated, located inside a villa, is bright and widely equipped with windows and balconies, fully equipped with internet access and parking; has 2 double rooms for single use; an apartment with an independent double bedroom and a living room with the possibility of a third and fourth bed. Each room is equipped with heating and air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, TV and safe. Guests will have, in addition to the breakfast room, a large and functional relaxation room, where you can work, read a book while enjoying a tea or herbal tea accompanied by excellent homemade cookies. On request it will be possible to insert a cot for the little ones in the rooms.
