Behind the majestic church of San Lorenzo, from the locals also called Purgatorio, a characteristic path starts, slightly uphill that is one of the many to reach the historic center of Agrigento. On it is our B & B: "The roofs of Girgenti.", A three-story building built around the end of the nineteenth century which, besides offering comfort, allows you to admire from some balconies of the house but, above all from the terrace of last floor, a splendid view of the Valley of the Temples and the African sea. Just a few steps to reach the Via Atenea, "the main road, the only plain of the town, with the beautiful Greek name" ("The old and the young" by L.Pirandello) pulsating heart of the city, where, especially in summer evenings, lights, sounds, colors and flavors come together in a very pleasant whole. The position of our B & B, slightly set back, allows you to experience moments of relaxation and tranquility. Sharing with others the emotions and feelings that these places give us is the main reason that has pushed us to open our home to guests to live a holiday that will not be forgotten easily.
