The Feast of Babel is a restaurant whose recipe book is inspired by various cuisines of the world, with essence of author cuisine and uses ingredients and fusion techniques. Its menu of dishes is distributed, it brings us closer and takes us to different cuisines of international geography; Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Mediterranean arch or Eastern Europe, Japan and India are some of its origins. Their references of wines specified in a letter of synthesis, allow to test wines of varieties from countries such as Chile; Argentina, Australia or South Africa among others and serve to harmonize different specialties. The dishes are tasted in a recomered and familiar dining room, with an attentive and careful room service, which explains all the specialties of the menu and recommends wines. The walls of the restaurant house different samples of art and in the room you can enjoy excellent musical selections. The Feast of Babel practices an inclusive gastronomy, where all the food groups are contemplated without exception (vegetarians, vegans, celiacs). The Biblical myth of Babel and the tale of Isak Dinesen with his adaptation to the cinema by the Danish director Gabriel Axel are the reason for the name of our restaurant.
